Mr. Bobby Cope:
Yesterday I talked to Mr. Jerry Slater (or Sloter) who runs your R4 housing program in San Bernardino, CA. I was telling him about a complaint I had while I was being a resident their in early Sept. 2007. I was complaining to him about my Oct. 27, 2007 letter of which I faxed to you on Nov. 2, 2007, 11:53 a.m. Letter can be seen on the Internet at: http://nieuwenhuysen.blogspot.com/

Jerry said to me that I talk like a man that has too much time on his hands. Jerry’s attitude towards me was very unprofessional to say the least. I suggest that you know longer allow him to talk to the public and reconsider his position and the responsibilities.

Official IRS Audit Requested:
Because of VARP’s use of unwritten rules See http://nieuwenhuysen.blogspot.com/ I request the IRS to audit VARP Inc.

Two small examples:
I paid for VARP housing and when I was irregularly discharged from the VA hospital I was immediately discharged from VARP housing and I was NOT ALLOWED a refund of my unused VARP rent.

I request the IRS to investigate/audit how many times a month this happens with ALL of VARP Inc. housing.

I saw discharges and or walkouts at VARP’s Harris House housing about 10 times in the month of Aug. 2007. That money was paid to VARP with taxpayer VA contracted money.

Also look into the Carwash money VARP makes by forcing the Veterans to beg people to get their car washed.

I say VARP, using all it’s housing programs, criminals included, is defrauding the American taxpayer millions of dollars per month.

I also request all readers of this letter to encourage the IRS to do such an Audit.
